Reflex has released an 3D-Update for XTR. The new version 5.05.5 contains the following extensions:

New stereoscopic display option for ultra realistic spatial view of scenery and model.

Detailed collision simulation and best possible 3D effect in sceneries MFC Salzburg, MV Zugspitze, Salzkammergut, FTG Borstel-Hohenraden, Hahnweide, MFG Heist, MFG Tangstedt, Rotes Kliff, Sporthalle Roedingshausen, Wasserkuppe Fliegerdenkmal, AMA Muncie und Arizona Model Aviators.

To use this option you will need special 3D-Glasses (red/cyan)

New possibility to manually control the direction of view while simulation is running.

New helicopter modell "Staysee"

Performance optimations

some bugs solved

new RMK version 2.44.5

IPACS will publish a new update for the "Aerofly 5"  Flight Simulator.

They have also published another "free of charge" update.

This one includes 17 new models:

Aerofly 5 Patch 5.00.03.05 is available.
You can get it at http://www.aerofly.com

Important: After installing the patch, Aerofly 5 must be activated again to use the new models.

File Size: 102Mb

Installation: After downloading the file double klick on it (it is a .exe). Then follow the messages.

Changes in verstion 5.00.03.05:

Improvements in multiplayer mode: A multiplayer server which makes it very easy to connect yourself to other players
has been implemented.

Important: Models that have been modified before installing the update might not work anymore in multiplayer mode.

We would recommend not to use modified models in multiplayer mode.

- A bug in the Dual Rate function of the controller setup has been fixed.

-Corretions in blade flapping sounds for helicopters.

Since today there is a new online-update for ReflexXTR available. The update can be implemented by the online-update function of the simulator.

Here the content:

- new crash & retry trainer for learning of basic stick movements
- new context menu for online meetings with the functions: observe, ignore, ban.
It can be activated by right-click on the model of the participator or on the name in the participants list.
- possibility to switch off the "prohibited secure zone" on the sceneries.
- new helicopter model "Spike" from Artphantasie
- new scenery "Salzkammergut" (Germany)
- new RMK-version 2.44
