The Empennage
At first we create a small cuboid and downscale it in the Y-Axis. It must be really thin:

Now we change to the top-vie (F2) and cut the cuboid in the middle along the Z-Axis. We downscale the cuboid in the Z-Axis and then, after we have marked the outer points, again in the Z-Axis. Now we move the outer points backwards, so that they are in line with the middle.

The horizontal stabilizer is finished. Let's come to the vertical stabilizer.
The vertical stabilizer we build in the same manner the the horizontal, but I will explain it again:
We take a cuboid and downscale it on the X-Axis until it is very thin.
In the side-view we cut vertically just near the trailing points.

Now we mark the front points (the left ones) and downscale them in the Y-Axis.

The empennage is complete and looks like this:
