The Paintwork
In this part of the workshop we paint the wings (you can paint more, of course) of the model.
We switch of all parts except the wing, so we can see only the wings. We create a new colour.
Now cut (the author hase deleted one half of the wing, then we need to paint only one half of the wing, I will explain the reason later) the wing as you like. We mark the positions where we like to have a different colour and go to "selected > set material to faces". The points now have a different colour. This half is finished. Now mark the complete wing and go to "Selected > Mirror" click on the left symbol and then OK.
The reason for deleting one half of the wing is obvious: To get the points exactly to the same position on the other half is not easy.
